Tara Salerno’s Biography
Mrs. Salerno was born in New Jersey and moved down to North Carolina with her family when she was in Elementary School. She attended Appalachian State University where she got her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She taught 5th grade in NC for 4 years, then worked for a company for 7 years that created software for schools.
She lives in Holly Springs with her husband, Tony, and her three children, Brittany, Brooklyn, and Anthony. Brooklyn and Anthony started Kindergarten this year at Pine Springs, and they couldn’t be more excited! Mrs. Salerno is also ecstatic to be back in the school setting as a Teaching Assistant for Kindergarten!
