Regina Carter

Ms. Carter grew up in upstate New York and graduated from Buffalo State College with a degree in Art Education. She moved to North Carolina in 2008 and has 8 years of experience teaching elementary art. Last year was her first year on the PSPA dream team after staying home with her children for 3 years. She was given the honor of Teacher of the Year by her peers and is excited to begin another exciting year in the art room at PSPA.

Ms. Carter enjoys hiking, camping, and running as well as various art endeavors at home. She lives in Holly Springs with her boys—Peyton who is a 1st-grade pioneer and Hudson who is 4 years old.
