Kim Wisniewski’s Biography
I am married to my wonderful husband, Norm, for 22 years. We have a daughter (Sidnee) who is in 12th grade and a son (Brandon) who is in 9th grade. They take up most of our free time, but some hobbies I enjoy are spending time with family, going to the beach, traveling and reading.
I have lived in North Carolina for 22 years. I went to elementary and high school in Buffalo, New York, and graduated with my teaching license from the University of Phoenix. I am the middle child in a family of four girls. My older sister lives in Florida and my younger sisters are identical twins. One lives in Florida with her husband and 2 children, the other lives in New York with her husband and 3 children.
This will be my 9th year teaching. I have taught 3rd grade and 4th grade, as well as amazing 1st grade. Before that I was privileged to be a stay at home mom for 11 years and enjoy the many firsts of my children. It is my mission to instill a love of learning in my students. I attempt to teach with a passion for my subject so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners.
