Katie Phelps

Mrs. Phelps is very excited to be a part of the PSPA founding team as a Kindergarten teacher. She earned her degree in Elementary Education with an additional Reading K–12 License at East Carolina University.

Katie’s hometown is Holly Springs and she currently lives here with her family and pup! She loves reading a good book, spending time outdoors, shopping at boutiques, making crafts, and of course all kinds of sports!
