Karen Lord’s Biography
I am so excited to continue my journey at Pine Springs Prep as a fourth-grade teacher for the 2019–2020 school year. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education as well as a Master’s Degree in Reading and Literacy. I have been teaching all grade levels pre-K through 5th grade for the past fifteen years and am so glad to have found my home in PSPA.
Originally from upstate New York, my family and I are enjoying the North Carolina weather and being so close to the beach. Together with my amazingly patient husband, we have three girls who all attend PSPA and are loving every minute of it along with me!
